Return & exchange policy
At The Muddy Paws Pack, we want every pup to be perfectly cozy in their handmade fleece. We understand that measuring can sometimes be tricky, so we’re happy to offer flexible returns and exchanges to make sure you and your dog are completely satisfied.
Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome within 90 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
If the fit isn’t quite right, we’ll gladly make and send the correct size once we receive the original fleece back.
Returns
Returns for a full refund are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days, you may still return your fleece for store credit within a further 60 days (a total of 90 days from delivery).
Returned items must be unused and in resellable condition.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Send us a message using the contact form on this page or email us at themuddypawspack@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
We’ll provide the return address and any instructions you need.
Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund, credit, or replacement fleece as quickly as possible.
